| Database contains over 1,000 offshore hedge funds listed with annual historical performance information, description of activities, terms and addresses of managers and offshore administrators. The database functionality includes searches by Fund Name and Manager Name. In addition, the database offers ranking capability, by either Rate of Return or Sharpe Ratio over various time periods. These rankings can be further defined by certain criteria, such as fund size, trading strategy, location and by single or multi-advisor manager funds. |

| MEMBER FUNDS |

| Member Funds can post monthly performance information, Manager's Reports and biographies. The monthly performance information can be downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet for your personal analysis. In addition, Member funds have an e-mail link via the site for interested parties to contact the Fund directly and a hot link to the Investment Advisor's website, if they so choose. Member funds pay a monthly subscription fee of US $250. |

Reporting Funds post the same information as Member Funds but this information can only be accessed by subscribers to our super password functionality. Reporting funds do not pay a fee. |
